The lonely boat

This picture was taken on a slightly cold November day. I was walking through the park with my other half and some friends when I saw somewhere in the distance this old boat on the creek that flows through the park.

Fortunately I had my tripod with me that day and the situation seemed nice enough for an HDR try. I haven't really done any other HDR imagery other than this one.

I liked how the colors turned out and how crisp the image was. The light was just about enough for a good photo. 

I hope that the image gives all of you a serene feeling, because the moment when the picture was taken was very calm.
